NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care has relaunched the Greater Manchester Health and Wellbeing toolkit.
The toolkit includes refreshed information and resources which focus on the practical, physical and psychological pillars of wellbeing, and supports the wider Greater Manchester Wellbeing programme.
The toolkit, now in its third year of production, initially emerged as part of the response to the Covid-19 pandemic to bring together wellbeing offers for the newly recruited Covid response teams.
Since then, it has developed into a tool for creating better wellbeing in the workplace, bringing together the best of the support available to the health and care workforce in Greater Manchester.
With a handy interactive menu and templates to download and share, the toolkit provides top tips and resources, including new sections with information about burnout and stress. You can also take part in the Greater Manchester Wellbeing Engagement Quiz to help you focus on improving your day-to-day wellbeing.
NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care is running a virtual event to introduce the refreshed toolkit, focussing on how to look after yourself and your team. To register, click on your preferred date below:
The toolkit is an open resource which NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care encourages you to share with colleagues.
You can find more information, including a link to the toolkit on our health and wellbeing page.
