One of the requirements to become a Health Living Dental Practice is to develop an action plan and keep evidence of working towards the developmental priorities, as listed in the framework.
Practices should complete the action plan and return it to dental@cpgmhealthcare.co.uk along with any available evidence.
Evidence required for Level 1:
- Certificates for completed training
- Evidence of health campaigns using a standard template
- Meeting notes
- Evidence of working towards developmental priorities (for example, fluoride varnish rates, completion of toolkits, Pride in Practice training). Further information is available on the Dentistry resources page.
