GMMMG COPD management plan inhaler guide provides information around non-pharmacological management of COPD for all patients, diagnosis, pharmacological treatment, clinical review considerations and criteria for referral to specialist respiratory teams.

Delirium

Dementia United

The Greater Manchester community delirium toolkit, produced by Dementia United, is designed for health and social care staff to use in the community to help them identify and manage delirium in people over the age of 18 and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. It is based on national evidence and includes resources for both clinicians and people with delirium and their families.

Hypertension

Health Innovation Manchester

A range of CVD Prevention Toolkits for health and care professionals in Greater Manchester have been created in collaboration with NHS GM Integrated Care, Health Innovation Manchester, the Greater Manchester and Eastern Cheshire Strategic Clinical Networks, the Greater Manchester Neurorehabilitation and Integrated Stroke Delivery Network, and the North West Kidney Network. These include:

Greater Manchester Medicines Management Group (GMMMG)

GMMMG hormone replacement therapy guidance for menopause management provides guidance around diagnosis of menopause, perimenopause, early menopause and premature ovarian insufficiency, indications for HRT, contraindications for prescribing HRT, benefits, risks and durations of HRT.
