I have always been interested in innovation and the future. What may lie ahead and the untold possibilities that exist are fascinating. With this in mind, clinical research was a natural field to get involved in and I feel it will take my professional life to a new, exciting level.
I hope to have my surgery play a part in developing treatments, looking at managing health care in new ways and ultimately helping advancements in the medical world.
I also am excited at the prospect of our patients being involved in this, so they can help play their part too. It will also open up avenues for them and their health conditions that they would otherwise have no way of accessing, let alone being aware of.
