Kay Keane, Practice Manager at Urban Village Medical Practice, said: “The key to providing exceptional medical care lies in having the best team to deliver it. As an organisation, it is important to us to support and care for our team through both good times and challenging ones, creating a practice where people enjoy working.
“Our work is not always easy, as we encounter individuals with complex, complicated lives, often seeing them in times of distress as well as joy. Rewarding our team fairly within our financial constraints and offering the security and employment benefits that attract and retain them is crucial to our success and the health outcomes of our patients.
“We are delighted to be welcomed into the GM good employer family.”
