Bookings open for November PCN Development Programme

Summary

Tickets are now available to book for the third in a series of four events in the Primary Care Network (PCN) Development Programme, organised by the Greater Manchester Primary Care Provider Board (PCB).

Taking place on Thursday, 2 November at The Studio in central Manchester, the event is an ideal opportunity for primary care colleagues in Greater Manchester to come together to share learning and good practice around a range of current and thought-provoking topics.

Delegates will have the opportunity to book two sessions of their choice:

  • Quality Improvement (QI) for PCNs – making great things happen in small steps
  • Enhanced access – one year on: PCNs and Federations sharing the learning
  • Improving access models in general practice
  • PCN incorporation – the pros and cons

There will also be a hot topic session on ‘How to get started in research’, which everyone is encouraged to attend.

The PCN Development Programme has been designed in response to needs expressed by PCNs and is in line with the Greater Manchester Primary Care Blueprint, the Integrated Care Partnership Strategy and the national Fuller Stocktake Report.

Sessions will be led by experts from across Greater Manchester and further afield, sharing their knowledge, ideas and practical examples around each of the topics.
