Chronic Kidney Disease workshop for health and care professionals

Summary

Workshop for health and care professionals who support Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients within the GM healthcare system.

Health and care professionals involved in the care of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients, are invited to sign up for a free workshop to help the NHS understand more about the care of CKD patients within the city region.

The aim of the workshop is to bring together insight and ideas from a range of stakeholders which will be used address the specific needs and priorities of CKD patients in GM.

With three dates to choose from, the workshop will take place at City Lab 1.0, Manchester M13 9NQ:

  • Tuesday 12 March, from 5pm to 8pm
  • Wednesday 13 March, from 5pm to 8pm
  • Thursday 14 March, from 1pm to 4pm

Feedback from an initial workshop involving patients, carers, primary and secondary care colleagues will be used at the March sessions to identify priority areas and opportunities to improve the CKD clinical pathway journey in GM.
