An exciting training opportunity for Primary Care practitioners across Greater Manchester to develop their skills in personalised care, when caring for patients with diabetes.
This CPD accredited course is being offered by the Primary Care Provider Board GP Excellence Team, in partnership with the Personalised Care Institute, to encourage greater uptake of Structured Diabetes Education.
The engaging, flexible mix of e-learning, live webinars and interactive face-to-face workshops is open to all Greater Manchester Primary Care staff who deliver diabetes care.
Delivered by experienced trainers and primary care professionals, the course will run from Tuesday, 28 March 2023 until Thursday, 22 June 2023. Core modules will enhance a number of transferrable skills in personalised care approaches.
