PMA Excellence in Primary Care HR
The ‘Excellence in Primary Care HR’ e-learning programme acknowledges that the Human Resource role varies enormously in scope and responsibility within primary care and the healthcare sector. As such, the programme has been split into sections and highlights the difference between transactional HR, the day-to-day employment processes and interactions which are the nuts and bolts of workforce management.
This opportunity would be beneficial for the following roles: PCN managers, Practice Managers, Business Managers, Operations Managers, aspiring managers, or any staff with line management responsibility.
Excellence in Primary Care HR is an estimated 50 hours of learning. Participants will have 12 months to complete the programme from the date they are registered.
PMA Excellence in Primary Care Finance
This e-learning programme aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the core knowledge and key components required to take responsibility for the effective maintenance of primary care finance systems within a practice or group of practices.
This e-learning would be beneficial for the following roles: PCN managers, Practice Managers, Business Managers, Operations Managers, Accounts Assistants/Bookkeepers,
Excellence in Primary Care Finance is an estimated 8-16 hours of learning. Participants will have 4 months to complete the programme from the date they are registered.
