General practice non-clinical workforce passport

Summary

A new workforce passport to help keep track of training for people working in non-clinical roles in general practice is now available.

The Greater Manchester ‘General practice non-clinical workforce passport’ is aimed at staff in non-clinical roles working in general practices.

This includes receptionists, administrators, care co-ordinators, office managers, practice managers, senior managers and practice partners.

The passport provides links to training covering a wide range of topics from accounting, communications, and information technology (IT) through to leadership, management, statutory training and much more.

It promotes greater access to the training that is available and enables staff to keep a digital record of the training that they have completed.

To get a passport please fill out the enrolment form via the GM Primary Care website. Then, you can log in to your passport using the username and password that you chose during enrolment. Once you are logged in to your passport you will have access to all the training it contains.
