Five of the most popular general practice webinars have been recorded by Luan Stewart and added to the PCB’s YouTube channel.
Topics covered in the videos are:
- Project management and planning in general practice
- Estates planning
- QOF prevalence
- Merging or taking over a practice contract
- New PCN Network Contract Directed Enhanced Service (DES) – October 2024
The aim of the video recordings is to allow those who couldn’t attend the live webinars to watch the sessions at their convenience.
Viewers can also request the accompanying resources for each video, including slides and templates, subject to completing a short evaluation survey after watching the videos.
Luan Stewart is a practice manager with 15 years’ experience in general practice and Primary Care Network (PCN) management. She is a trainer for areas of practice management and has worked with the PCB’s GP Excellence programme to deliver several live webinars covering popular general practice support topics.
