The next Greater Manchester Cancer Forum will take place on Tuesday 20 February, 2024.
The February forum is for non-clinical and administrative primary care professionals.
Hosted by Greater Manchester Cancer Alliance and GatewayC, the February GM Cancer Forum’s free study afternoon for non-clinical primary care professionals aims to refresh knowledge on key cancer topics and the latest pathway updates for Greater Manchester.
Key topics covered will include: introduction to the diagnosis of cancer; Faecal Immunochemical Testing (FIT); data quality searches and updated referral forms; and public and patient communications. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions at a live Q&A session with local cancer specialists.
The forum will take place at The DoubleTree by Hilton at Manchester Piccadilly, between 12.30pm and 4.30pm, with lunch included for delegates attending in person. For those who cannot attend in person there is the option to view the event via a live stream.
