Greater Manchester PCN Development Programme launched

Summary

An exciting development opportunity for primary care practitioners across Greater Manchester to come together to share learning and good practice.

Greater Manchester Primary Care Provider Board is excited to announce a new development opportunity for primary care practitioners across Greater Manchester.

As we approach the next phase of primary care network (PCN) development, this programme is a special opportunity for colleagues to come together to share learning and good practice. Its content has been designed to meet needs expressed by PCNs, and is in line with the Greater Manchester Primary Care Blueprint, the Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) strategy and the Next steps for integrating primary care: Fuller Stocktake report (Fuller report).

This face-to-face programme will be facilitated by a variety of experienced internal and external speakers, delivering sessions on current and thought-provoking topics, including personalised care in practice, working with marginalised communities, integrated neighbourhood working and digital inclusion.

The programme will take place across four full days throughout 2023/24, with the first session taking place on Wednesday, 24 May 2023 at The Studio in central Manchester.

The topics will be staggered across four separate dates in 2023/24 with a ‘pick and mix approach’, allowing participants to choose the sessions they feel most drawn to.

Find out more and register for the first session before 19 May 2023 at our PCN Development Programme page.
