A new series of training sessions has been released by the GP Excellence Programme.

The webinars are designed to support people working in general practice and include:

Workforce Planning

This webinar will help you to balance staffing needs, address the recruitment gap and plan an effective workforce.

It’s suitable for: Practice Managers, finance managers, PCN managers, and assistant managers.

Resilience for Managers

Designed to support managers and team leaders in building resilience, managing workload and maintaining wellbeing.

Responding Well to Conflict – for frontline staff

This interactive training, developed by GPs and Practice Managers, equips front-line non-clinical staff and their managers with practical tools to understand, prevent and de-escalate conflict in primary care.

Responding Well to Conflict – for managers

This session explores effective ways to support your staff facing conflict, including contractual obligations and managing abusive or violent patients.

The webinars will be delivered in partnership with experienced trainer Luan Stewart, a practice manager with 15 years’ experience in general practice and Primary Care Network (PCN) management.
