Summary
Online courses will help you to support yourself and others.
Whether you need to check on your own mental wellbeing or that of someone you work with, there are resources to support you with this.
‘Healthy Minds Greater Manchester’ is a one-hour online course developed by Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) in conjunction with NHS Greater Manchester (NHS GM).
It is available for anyone who lives or works in GM and will help you to take a proactive approach to caring for your mental health and wellbeing.
If you’re a line manager or your role involves supporting or caring for other colleagues, the ‘Having safe and effective health and wellbeing conversations’ e-learning module will help you to develop the skills to hold health and wellbeing conversations.
It will also provide an opportunity to think about your own wellbeing and develop a personal action plan.
In addition, there are supportive resources from NHS England to help you prepare for health and wellbeing conversations.
