Summary
Workshop will support primary care leaders in building a culture of prevention to underpin the delivery of Live Well plans in neighbourhoods.
Primary care colleagues interested in learning more about Live Well and its ‘Leadership Collaborative’ are invited to a workshop.
The Live Well Leadership Collaborative supports individuals and teams as they grow the confidence, capability, and relationships they need to redesign their local systems, processes, and ways of working, to enable community-led prevention to flourish.
The ‘Redesigning local systems for Live Well’ workshop will explore three key questions in the context of emerging plans for developing community-led prevention in Live Well:
- What system barriers have you encountered that get in the way of your work?
- What actions might you take to help remove the system barriers that are making this work harder?
- Who are the individuals and teams, and what support will they need, to lead these system changes together?
By the end of the workshop, you should see a clear way forward for your locality or service’s engagement in the Live Well Collaborative, with some ideas for who you might want to work with and why.
The workshop takes place on Friday, 21 November, from 9am to 1.30pm, at a central Manchester location.
