Learn more about social prescribing for children and young people

Invitation to register for an online event to understand more about supporting children and young people using social prescribing.

Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and other health and care partners interested in social prescribing interventions for children and young people are invited to book their place on an online learning event.

The event, hosted by NHS Greater Manchester, will take place on Monday 18 March, 2024 from 2pm to 4pm and will focus on the following:

  • what is social prescribing and the journey of a social prescription
  • understanding and shared insight into the significant impact of social prescribing for children and young people
  • exploring effective ways to commission services
  • sharing case studies
  • how to engage with your local social prescribing link worker
