New online workshops for practices to support with digital transformation

Two new online workshops are available in August and September delivered by the Digital First Primary Care programme.

The Digital First Primary Care programme, in partnership with Redmoor Health, is running two new webinars for practices and Primary Care Networks (PCNs) in August and September.

The one-hour workshops will focus on care navigation and appointments auditing.

The webinars are suitable for digital leads and any practice or PCN staff keen to get involved in the digital transformation journey.

Appointments Audit workshop

This one-hour workshop will focus on understanding your capacity and aligning your workforce to meet demands through appointments.

You will learn effective methods to reduce demand, increase capacity, and free up valuable time. Navigate the 8am rush with ease by implementing proven techniques.

Care Navigation workshop

This one-hour workshop will cover the differences between care navigation, signposting, and triage.

You will learn how to effectively guide patients through the healthcare system and explore how care navigation can be conducted by individuals with the right knowledge, regardless of their clinical background.

A local practice will also join the session to share an example of their care navigation model.
