NHS England invites you to help develop a bespoke equality, diversity and inclusion plan for primary care.
NHS England’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Team (EDI) is looking for people to help shape the EDI Improvement Plan for primary care.
The invitation is open to anyone who works in community pharmacy, dentistry, general practice or optometry, in both clinical and non-clinical roles.
The national team is holding a series of staff engagement events to understand what colleagues in primary care would like to see as part of the national plan.
The current broader plan was launched in June 2023 and NHS England wishes to develop a bespoke plan for primary care, to launch in September 2025.
