Dental providers are invited to a webinar on the Patient Access Quality Scheme (PAQS).
The 30-minute session will focus on communicating effectively about PAQS with patients and system colleagues.
It will provide practical guidance and draw on real-life examples to help front-line teams confidently explain and deliver the scheme within dental practices.
The webinar will take place via MS Teams on Tuesday 9 December, between 12.30pm and 1pm, and is being delivered by NHS GM and Greater Manchester Dental Provider Board (DPB).
The DPB is a sub-board of Greater Manchester Primary Care Provider Board.
It is suitable for contract holders, practice owners, practice managers and front-line staff such as receptionists. It will not cover contractual requirements.
