Summary
Registration for day two of the Greater Manchester PCN Development Programme is now open.
After a successful first day of the Greater Manchester PCN Development Programme, we are pleased to announce that delegates are now able book their place on the second day of the programme.
Day two will take place on Thursday 14 September at The Studio in central Manchester.
Open to primary care practitioners across Greater Manchester, the programme is a special opportunity for colleagues to come together to share learning and good practice. Its content has been designed to meet needs expressed by Primary Care Networks (PCNs), and is in line with the Greater Manchester Primary Care Blueprint, the Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) Strategy and national Fuller Stocktake Report.
The second day will be facilitated by a variety of experienced internal and external speakers, delivering sessions on current and thought-provoking topics such as integrated neighbourhood working, digital inclusion and improving access models in general practice.
There will also be an opportunity to network and a hot topic session on how to make the best use of the Greater Manchester data available to practitioners.
