Webinars for general practice to help embed a culture of wellbeing

Summary

A series of free NHS webinars are available to help general practice create a positive workplace culture.

NHS England (NHSE) is running a series of webinars designed to support those working in general practice to embed the NHS People Promise.

Launched in 2020, the NHS People Promise is a commitment to make the NHS the best place to work. The promise is built around seven key themes and sets out what staff should experience working in the NHS.

Each webinar will explore a different theme and will offer practical advice, tools and examples to support leaders and their teams to create positive, inclusive workplace cultures.

Colleagues are invited to sign up to all sessions that are of interest.

The sessions are suitable for anyone working in general practice who wants to contribute to a positive workplace culture and improve staff experience including, but not limited to, practice managers, workforce or retention leads.
