The National Institute for Health and Research (NIHR) North West Regional Research Delivery Network (NW RRDN) has launched a funding opportunity across the region.
The Strategic Funding Call for Enhanced Research Delivery 2025/26 is designed to support health and social care partners to deliver high-quality, inclusive and impactful research across the NW RRDN region.
Funding is available up to £50,000 per bid, or up to £150,000 for multiple or collaborative bids in five focus areas:
- Life sciences
- Research expansion into primary care
- Wider health and care settings
- Diversity in research participation
- Novel research delivery methods
The submission deadline is 5pm, on Friday 28 March and applicants must discuss their proposal with an appropriate NW RRDN member.
The NIHR encourages applications that align with its strategic aims and enhance the region’s research capacity and capability.
