GMPCB expands its support offers to primary care providers with new dentistry webinar.
Dental practices are invited to a new complaints handling webinar in January.
The webinar will provide participants with guidance on how to effectively deal with patient complaints in dental practices.
It will be delivered by Greater Manchester Primary Care Provider Board (GMPCB) in collaboration with Greater Manchester Dental Provider Board (GMDPB).
This is the first time the two boards have designed a bespoke training course for dentistry and they will develop more training offers in the future as the PCB expands its support to primary care providers.
Handling complaints in dental practice
This three-hour CPD accredited interactive webinar is designed to provide comprehensive guidance on the processes to follow to effectively deal with patient complaints in dental practices.
The webinar will support attendees to understand the impact and effect that complaints can have on individuals and practices, as well as covering the common mistakes made.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions throughout the webinar.
