The legalities of partnership agreements can be complex, this includes partnership law and employment and HR management; accounting and financial management issues including income, expenditure and tax implications.
GP Excellence is excited to announce that we are working with the Practice Managers Association (PMA) to deliver a series of ‘New to Partnership’ online workshops for GPs in Greater Manchester who have become partners in a practice in the past three years.
These are a series of 10 workshops – each delivered virtually via a series of three-hour webinars – which will be available from January 2023 onwards and cover the following three areas:
• Partnerships & networks (the legal issues, responsibilities and liabilities)
• Operational Management and Leadership
• Financial Management
