A new webinar is available to help GP practices understand and promote the NHS App.
GP practices are invited to book their place on a new webinar to help them understand and promote the NHS App.
Taking place on Wednesday 20 March between 12.30pm and 1.30pm, ‘Understanding and Promoting the NHS App’ will focus on the features and functions of the NHS App and how they can be best used in practice. Participants will also have the opportunity to share best practice on how to promote the app to both patients and practice team members, including quick wins, benefits and where to find data to evidence improvement.
The webinar is part of the Digital First Primary Care Programme (DFPC) to support general practice on a journey of digital transformation to improve patient access and staff ways of working.
The webinar is aimed at digital facilitators, digital transformation leads, PCN digital champions and anyone with an interest in improving the digital front door to their GP practice. Practices who do not have a digital transformation lead or digital champion, are invited to nominate a member of staff who may have an interest and will benefit from attending.
The webinar will be hosted by Redmoor Health who have been commissioned to provide training and coaching support for the ongoing Digital First Primary Care Programme (DFPC). Redmoor Health specialise in technology deployment for NHS staff and patients, aiding in demand management, workforce support, and online health management. Their experienced team includes NHS professionals, ensuring that DFPC priorities align with the Delivery plan for recovering access to primary care (PCARP) topics and local activities.
